For some young people self-harm is a way of coping with distressing experiences (for example relating to family life, or problems at school such as bullying). In the longer term, it is possible for the young person to develop alternative ways of dealing with the underlying emotions related to their self-harm. Free Football Sessions – Leeds United Kicks Programme

The LUFC foundation Leeds United Kicks programme offers free football sessions at Meadowfield Primary School in the Multi Use Games Area on:
  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday evenings' between 5:30 - 6:30 pm and 6:30 - 7:30 pm
  • Saturdays' between 11:30 - 12:30 pm and 12:30 - 1:30 pm
  • Sundays' between 11:30 - 12:30 pm and 12:30 - 1:30 pm
The sessions provide rewarding, educational and fun football coaching for boys and girls regardless of age, background or skill level. For further
