Easter Holidays – Keep Smiling!

As COVID-19 restrictions are still in place this easter we had to think creatively about how we could still provide some kind of activity for those most in need. The Healthy Holidays Fund enabled us to prepare and distribute 200 wellbeing activity packs. The South and East Food Bank also supported us to provide 200 food hampers for the local community. A huge thank you goes out to both organisations for helping us to support our local community during these ongoing tough times. Thanks also go to our local Cluster schools, children’s centre, Cluster Team, and Housing partners for helping us to distribute these packs.

Fun at Temple Newsam Estate!

Please see info below about what’s happening at Temple Newsam Estate this Easter!
Despite the house and farm being closed, Temple Newsam Estate still has lots to entertain the family. The grounds are open to explore and if you follow our Facebook page you can virtually spot where the golden bird, a crane, has laid her majestic eggs around the estate. Recognise the locations from down at the farm, within the house and across the grounds. Discover beautiful places and interesting facts that are linked to the estate. Our Spring Time crafts, puzzles, spotter sheets and colouring activities are downloadable from our social media pages to enjoy.
